The Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you enquire or place an order with us we may collect information including your name, postal address, email address, telephone number(s) etc. We may also take such details of your property in order to deliver our services. These details may include, but are not limited to, photographs, measurements, your MPRN number (ESB meter number) and such details including plans and other documents as you may provide regarding construction, extension or refurbishments carried out on your property.
We gather this information to allow us to process your any services you may order from us. The relevant information is then used by us, our agents or sub-contractors to communicate with you on any matter relating to the progress of any order and the provision of the service in general and to complete the delivery of the services required.
We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring usage of our website and services in order to help us develop the them. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
The majority of the information we collect, we do so in order to meet the requirements as laid down by the SEAI in order to provide our services.
The data collected becomes part of the supporting data used in the issuance of BER certificates and thus must by law be retained for the life of the BER certificate, usually 10 years. We are required by the SEAI to make such data available to them for the purposes of verifying or auditing of BER certificates we may issue to you.
Other than disclosures required by law, including but not limited to the sharing of data with the SEAI, we will not reveal, disclose or otherwise distribute or make available any identifiable data to any third parties without your express consent.
How We Protect Your Information
The Internet is not a secure medium. However we have put in place various security procedures including firewalls, limited access backed by passwords as appropriate.
We keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of Energy Force Ireland cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

If we change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page, and may place notices on other pages of the website, so that you may be aware of the information we collect and how we use it at all times. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.
Owing to the global nature of the Internet infrastructure, the information you provide may be transferred in transit to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and its use as set out in this policy.
